These terms and conditions apply between all Users of this Website including but not limited to Subscribers, RE Marketing Corp. representatives, any affiliates of this Website. Additionally, these terms and conditions apply to the use of and (where applicable) purchase of RE Marketing Corp. Corp. Products and Services, including but not limited to subscriptions RE Marketing Corp. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
Subscription Details
Monthly Subscriptions: By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
Multi-Month/Annual Subscription: By purchasing a Multi-Month or Annual Subscription, you agree to an initial pre-payment for the number of months purchased of service. After your initial Multi-Month/Annual Subscription period your account will automatically be billed at the Multi-Month or Annual Subscription rate that you agreed upon and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
It is your responsibility to update RE Marketing Corp. with all and any changes to your personal information, including but not limited to; your personal and professional contact information, your website address subscribed, and your payment information. If your payment fails for any reason, your marketing can stay online for up to 30 days and we will contact you to collect payment information. This in no way negates your obligation to pay all amounts due to RE Marketing Corp. If your account is not brought current within 30 days, we can turn over your account to a collection agency.
You may cancel ongoing service or subscriptions at any time. All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to RE Marketing's Support Team at least seven (7) business days before your anniversary date. We do not pro-rate any services or subscriptions. If cancellation is not given in writing within that period, RE Marketing Corp. cannot prevent an automatic charge on your account. Refund Policy
Subscriptions cancelled day of sign up by written notification will be eligible for review by management for refund. Once we have begun service or labor on your project, account(s), subscription(s), etc, your account will not be eligible for a refund or credit. We reserve the right for management to make exceptions and issue refunds or credits at their sole discretion only.
Subscriptions purchased under a promotional discount are not eligible for refunds or credits for any reason. All fees established up front or monthly are final and not refundable
All services are offered at the client’s own risk. RE Marketing Corp. and its affiliates, subsidiaries and vendors cannot and will not be responsible or liable for your monetary investment or loss in any way.
Acceptance of Terms
Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. Your access to and use of the RE Marketing Corp. Website or Services is subject exclusively to these terms and conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in these terms and conditions. This agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, commitments, agreements and writings with respect to the subject matter hereof, all such other negotiations, commitments, agreements and writings will have no further force or effect, and the parties to any such other negotiation, commitment, agreement or writing will have no further rights or obligations thereunder.You further warrant that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
